We want you to love your HidrateSpark fashion tech accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box, ensuring the smart sensor and charging cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
